4 years ago today we took another van load from Athens up to Asheville to visit our friends at Green Opportunities to check out their commercial kitchen and construction training programs. It’s been a slower process than we were hoping but we are excited to announce that our kickoff meeting with the architects to turn this from community dream to community reality is happening this week!
